The jacketed valves we manufacture are manufactured with quality proven raw material sourced from certified vendors. We offer a wide range of jacketed ball valves that are acknowledged for their long service life and sturdy construction. From one flange to the other flange, the jacket covers the body of the valve. The body is customized by adding oversize flanges to them. The jackets guarantee constant valve heating or cooling of the process media to avoid crystallization or seizing of flow media and it applies especially to media like bitumen and liquid sulfur. These valves are tested after the jackets are welded to the body. The heat transfer rate of these valves up to 150 psi (10 bar). The valves are manufactured using carbon steel as well as stainless steel. Other special materials like monel, nickel, hastelloy, titanium and inconel as per clients requirement.

We offer Jacketed Flush Bottom Tank Valves in MS or SS. These are "Y' type Flanged ends with opening inside the Tank / Valve. The valves are PTFE / GFT / Metal Seated and comply to Class 150# / class 300#. Our capability includes manufacturing of standard as well as custom made Jacketed Flush Bottom Tank Valves.
